Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
